This post is dedicated to explain why we chose this name: Holo Timer Widget.
First things first, let's decompose the sentence:

  Holo comes from the Android Holo Theme. It's a set colors, fonts and general guidelines that Google released with Android Honeycomb (3.0). We really wanted to match this style and to be harmonious with the Android style. If you want to know more about Holo themes and all, checkout out their official guidelines. That was our recipe book :-).

  Timer obviously defines what the application is about. More in a few lines on why we chose this ...

Holo Timer Widget 1.0.2 is out !

We fixed an issue with pre-Honeycomb (Android 3.0) devices that lead to a systematic crash. After listening to the first feedbacks, we decided to add the possibility to customize the widget by selecting a background (red, green, blue, purple). That way, you can view instantly which timer does what.

Our new Android application is out !

With a single tap, start a countdown from your home. You can preconfigure multiple widgets and manage them as you like.

You can use it for your daily nap, cooking eggs or any other usage.
